After finding a void of non-explicit mainstream rap that was suitable to listen to with her kids, Young Mommy decided to be the change she wanted to see.
After working in public relations and marketing for 7 years, Young Mommy decided to put her education to use on growing her own brand and mission. Her music contains messages of girl power, mom empowerment and confidence, and has plenty of creative wordplay. Young Mommy is pioneering a clean rap movement and breaking stereotypes in the rap genre.
Young Mommy originally hails from Toronto, Canada and now resides in Northern California with her husband Sean and 4 girls. Her dream is to grow her clean rap brand as an artist and to write rap songs for major films, tv shows and corporate clients.
