which will be released on the 27th of May via Las Vegas Records. The pair previously worked with Marco Kleebauer (Leyya and Bilderbuch) as well as Max Walch (Left Boy and Bilderbuch) and performed across Europe. In total, ELIS NOA have earned over 1.4 million plays across platforms with support from well-known international publications including Tonspion, NBHAP, Glamglare, Metal Magazine, Music Export and Everything Is Noise

to name a few as well as MrSuicideSheep, FM4 and Oe1.

The duo is comprised of Aaron and Elisa who are both currently based in Vienna, Austria. The pair met during their time at the Jazz Department of Vienna’s Music University. Together, ELIS NOA have released two EPs,

High EP

and

Love Letters

as well as their successful debut LP,

What Do You Desire?

ELIS NOA’s sound ranges from pop to contemporary RnB, all the way to future soul. ELIS NOA take inspiration from the works of Emilie Nicolas, Jacob Banks, Jordan Rakei, Frank Ocean, Jazmine Sullivan and Oliver Malcolm. However, their own sound draws parallels to the likes of Billie Eilish, Lana Del Rey, Jordan Rakei and Jacob Banks.

Within the sombre realities lies an undiscovered romanticism that ELIS NOA explore with grace. Delving into bittersweet symphonies,

‘Mad About You’

presents an ethereal femininity that twists and warps with emotions, leaving the listener entangled in the lyrics and orchestral backing vocals.

Elisa tells us the meaning behind the single:

« As we wandered through the very different stages of letting go, ‘Mad About You’ is a moment of anger and disappointment. I felt misunderstood, left out and pushed away. It is also a crucial song and turning point inside the album. While writing, I understood that all anger and disappointment really were an expression of myself, responding to inner insecurities and expectations. I realised that my feelings belonged to me and were my responsibility. How somebody makes you feel has a lot to do with yourself and very little with the other.“

Spotify

AJ confides on the release, « I wrote ‘Blue Lights’ after seeing someone overdose opposite my old flat. The song is me hoping that he still has a spark of hope left, that it was just a call for help. »

AJ Wander started his journey in the suburbs of south-east London. The son of a pianist, he began honing his unique musical sensibility at an early age. After living in Australia for several years in his youth, he returned to the UK to pursue a formal education at the prestigious Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford. While enrolled, he joined indie band Tors, performing in front of thousands of people as part of the fast growing group.

Heeding the call to further explore his own creative identity as a solo artist, Wander departed Tors after 2 years. Diving deeper into his roots as a pianist, he built a fledgling career performing covers at piano bars and hotels across the UK, developing a ubiquitous playing style while garnering acclaim on a regional level as a rising star entertainer.

As the world reopened, Wander began to attract attention from industry leaders. He landed a management and distribution deal with USA based firm Elevation Group, along with a publishing agreement through BDi Music. His debut single “Time Out” established a style rooted in nuanced piano playing and vocals that have been compared to Lewis Capaldi and Dean Lewis. With over 5 million streams and editorial playlist placements across Spotify, Tidal, Amazon Music and Apple Music, his catalog of singles continues to grow and attract legions of new fans. His most recent track “When You Say I Love You” debuted early this year, with more music planned throughout 2022.

Nouveau clip « Ça me fait capoter »

« Lucille »

, du légendaire

Little Richard

« Pardon »

, distribué par

The Orchard

.

« Ça me fait capoter »

cannon shares his new single college friends

Cannon shares his new single « College Friends »

Cannon

New single « College Friends »

Entitled « College Friends » the single features gritty acoustic guitars under smooth vocals that ebb and flow with an effortless flow. Cannon brilliantly fuses elements of alternative rock, hip hop, and garage pop for an enthralling sonic experience.

He confides, « when I graduated from college, I found myself worrying about whether I was sacrificing too much time chasing my goals to spend time with my friends or sacrificing too much time with my friends to chase my goals. I soon came to realize that in trying to be two places at once, I ended up nowhere. Part of the process of graduating and growing up for me has been learning how to decide where to allocate my time. »

Cannon is a 24-year-old artist from South Carolina. He has been a writer at heart from an early age, fascinated with words and how they connect us to our surroundings. He began to develop his sound through recording himself in his dorm room at Boston College, drawing on his acoustic guitar and the hip-hop/R&B he bonded over with his friends to create a unique, organic blend of rhythms.

Cannon’s debut single “Water Glass” has amassed over 7 million streams on Spotify from word of mouth marketing alone. He has performed as the opening act for artists like Jon Bellion, Gavin DeGraw, and Hunter Hayes, and as a headliner at venues in Boston and New York. He has gained a significant following on TikTok, going viral for sampling his baby nephew and his broken laptop in a song, a video that Zane Lowe called “a moving and poignant tribute to an old friend.”

Cannon continues to develop as an artist through producing his own music, designing his cover art and merch, and working with a host of talented collaborators in New York and LA. He is now based in Brooklyn, NY as he prepares for his upcoming project release.

Jillian Lake shares her new album « Younger Then »

Jillian Lake

New album « Younger Then »

Spotify

Vancouver indie artist, Jillian Lake, mixes velvet sounds and big feelings to transport you into her world of sweet sorrow in a way that will make you want to take your broken heart out dancing. Feelings transposed onto paper and into music, movements, and visuals – her complex collage of sound with moody folk undertones can be compared to indie female powerhouses like Feist, Maggie Rogers, and Phoebe Bridgers.

Teaming up with musician and producer, Jordan Klassen, who brought his cinematic and syncopated style to her stripped-down singer-songwriter form, together they created the 13-track album,

Younger Than

, which combines her raw poetry and instinct for melodies with his expertise in song structure and instrumentation.

From the bright and colourful feel-good anthem “Olympia” to the heart-wrenching “Steady Hands”, Lake has crafted an album that showcases big feelings. Spewing her emotions into her music and lyrics, she touches on a lot of firsts – everything from grief, falling in love, multiple heartbreaks, self-discovery, feeling alive, picking herself up and experiencing it all over again. The songwriter confesses, “Such vulnerable and raw moments that felt so powerful. I’ve never run away from vulnerability, and when I wrote these songs it was so indicative of everything I was feeling at the time. With so much time gone by now, it feels very reminiscent and nostalgic of that time, and I can look back and see how far I’ve come.”

The theme of

Younger Than

is about forgiving your younger self, letting go of those expectations and being totally unapologetic, as she shares, “I didn’t bother pretending, I just exposed all of myself and told the stories of my hurt. I want people to let themselves feel every feeling instead of pushing it away, burying, or hiding it. Use those feelings to learn and grow and change and listen. When I listen now, I feel like I was so naive, and juvenile, and I give myself forgiveness and grace for that, and celebrate all the ways I’ve grown.”

Jillian Lake has garnered notable press from the likes of

Wonderland Magazine, Earmilk,

as well as editorial playlisting on Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon, reaching over 100K plays on one of her most recent singles. She has also had the pleasure of opening for Luca Fogale and is currently planning an international tour.

cassia présente son nouveau clip 16 18 why you lacking energy

CASSIA présente son nouveau clip « 16-18 (Why You Lacking Energy?) »

CASSIA

NOUVEAU CLIP 16-18 (WHY YOU LACKING ENERGY)

Le nouveau single “

16-18 (Why You Lacking Energy ?)

16-18 (Why You Lacking Energy?)

Not Enough Time To Think”

et “

Motions

».

NOUVEL ALBUM « WHY YOU LACKING ENERGY? »

DISPONIBLE LE 15 JUILLET 2022

Why You Lacking Energy?

”, disponible le 15 juillet chez

BMG

Electric Blue Cats

1er album Electric Blue Cats

Cool vibes only !

Glassio

New album « See You Shine »

Spotify

Entitled

See You Shine

, the album documents the exodus of a young adult out of a small town that shuns them for their beliefs and into the depths of the deserts of Arizona, looking for a new life in a distant city. The record also addresses themes of resilience in the face of grief/loss – brought on by the pandemic – and is dedicated to his late father. The album’s sound marries Glassio’s passion for French and British electronic music with singer-songwriter tropes akin to Jackson Browne, or Wilco.

Glassio’s debut single “Try Much Harder” broke the Spotify Global Viral Charts in early 2016 (peaking at No. 9). A series of successful singles followed in 2017 and 2018, garnering over 5 million streams cumulatively on Spotify. The release of the singles “Morning House,” “Daydream” and “Back for More” brought Glassio to the top tier of up and coming electronic artists in NYC. They were soon opening for acts like Fujiya and Miyagi, Electric Youth and Miami Horror. “Daydream” became a dance-hit in Latin America, making it to No. 1 on the Dominican Republic iTunes Charts and finding itself on New Music Friday South America. 2018 saw the group perform at SXSW festival, where they were named one of the best electronic acts by Ladygunn Magazine.

After the project became a solo effort in 2018, Sam R. released the

Age of Experience

EP, heralded by Mother Jones as « proof that electronic music and great storytelling are a perfect match. » The EP has over 5 million streams across all platforms and features the song “Back for More,” featured on HBO’s Here & Now show.

A debut album,

For The Very Last Time

, was released in July of 2020. It was subsequently named one of the best electronic releases from July 2020 by Bandcamp, and received praise from blogs like Consequence of Sound and Fader. The lead singles “Nobody Stayed for the DJ” and “A Million Doubts” both made it to No. 1 on Hype Machine. The first of the two scored popularity amongst some of Spain’s biggest DJs (Amable, Hal9000, Nacho Ruiz) and the second achieved over 1 million streams between Apple and Spotify within it’s first 6 months of release. Renowned music blog “This Song Is Sick” named it “an immaculate piece of art.” It features backing vocals from Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter Daneshevskaya.

His sophomore record

See You Shine

Outside of Glassio, Sam R. has co-written and produced songs with French Horn Rebellion, Clubhouse, warner case, NAKAYA and Madelyn Darling.
