on the 23rd of February via Reduced To The Root Records. On the album, listeners will find the lively track

‘Equalista’.

With over 10 million streams on Spotify alone, the free-spirited producer has seen support from tastemaker digital magazines CLASH Magazine, Tonspion, Metal Magazine, Notion Magazine, Glamglare, and trndmsk among others. The LP is reminiscent of Röyksopp, Lykke Li, MØ, Robyn, and Tove Lo.

On the concept of the LP, MARIA Die RUHE tells listeners:

“ENARCHY is the result of a deep and thorough look I took into the world around me and my own inner workings. The title is a combination of Energy and Anarchy. I explore different types of energy, oscillating between head and heart. Referring to Anarchy is the way I produce what I reflect, with no calculation for what could be functional. I became bolder, more explorative, and dissolved genre boundaries.”

Cello and piano unite playfully with electronic beats to form a 15-track project that captures the soul of her creative methodology: through free expression, she riots, using music and enthusiasm to fight for a better future and find deeper connections with herself and her environment.

Born and raised in Thuringia, Germany MARIA Die RUHE has journeyed to Berlin, San Francisco, and finally the city where she feels she best expresses herself nowadays: Leipzig. With a strong musical repertoire, versatile voice, and the power to translate the full spectrum of emotions through music, live act and DJ MARIA Die RUHE embodies all of it. Unapologetic, honest, and thoughtful, she converts these qualities into performances that cannot be associated with a single genre, spanning House, Pop over Melodic Techno, and Classic Techno to form an intimate and direct interplay with the audience. Alexis de la Rocha is a first-generation Latine artist, singer, songwriter, producer, and synth goddess born and based in Los Angeles. She has performed and creating music her whole life, from her early beginnings as a dancer at age three and first piano lessons at age seven, to performing in recitals, talent shows, and theatrical productions throughout high school and college. As a film school student at UCLA, de la Rocha honed her artistic skills in production, directing, and acting–skills that would lead her to high-profile gigs as music festival director for LALIFF, Amazon, the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Los Angeles Clippers, and many more. But it was after college, while holding a job at the now-defunct Los Angeles radio station Indie 103.1, when she realized she wanted to pursue music.

De la Rocha is perhaps best known as the electrifying front woman of the Los Angeles experimental band, BEATMO, which she co-founded in 2006. Beatmo’s hits, including “Unheard March,” “From the Water,” and “Orale” showcase de la Rocha’s powerful performance persona and eclectic musical influences, from her early childhood influences of Madonna, the 1984 film

to the dance, alternative, and R&B music of her teen and college years. “I grew up in the eighties and nineties, and those delicious sounds of freestyle, house, trip-hop, electronic, grunge, hip-hop, R&B, and so much more live in my mind,” she elaborates. “I remember reenacting Dave Gahan in “Enjoy the Silence” and wanting so badly to be Björk.”

A few years into her involvement with Beatmo, de la Rocha began writing solo music in GarageBand with her Roland Juno-6. She eventually taught herself Ableton. This writing helped her hone in her synth dream pop style, pulling inspiration from Bowie and the soundtrack to the classic 1982 dystopian film about Los Angeles,

Blade Runner.

De la Rocha formed her second band, LJ Laboratory (formerly LEX), which featured collaborations with Daft Punk’s team for shows at SXSW, W Hotels, and a sold-out event at the Los Angeles Theater Company.

As a vocalist, musician, and artist, de la Rocha’s transformative onstage presence leaves fans yearning for more, and her dynamic musical displays at Snow Globe Music Festival, Pride (Los Angeles, San Diego), KABOO, Treefort, and other festivals have endeared her to new audiences. Her commanding performances and musical artistry have earned acclaim from the

With their disbandment, de la Rocha heard the calling of motherhood and had her baby girl. She admits the transition to full-time motherhood was not easy, and she had a tough time adjusting to her new life. “I was missing my music life,” said de la Rocha. So she wrote, and wrote, and ventured on her musical journey to find herself in this new life chapter. One result was her 2021 single, “Chill,” written with longtime collaborator and homie VFRESH. De la Rocha is revving up to release even more music this year and perform once again. Her latest song, “Haze,” holds her inner reflections, visions, and intimate thoughts.

For de la Rocha, the title “Haze” speaks to the cloudiness of the mind when it’s caught in a spell of depression. “It’s about making your way through the fog during those moments when you are not yourself or able to be the version of yourself that you imagined,” she says. “My vocals are haunting, echoing the internal voices that repeat in the mind. Haze is about looking back at those tough moments and finding the beauty in them, learning the lesson, the takeaway, so you can continue forward stronger. Grief and heartache are okay, because you are overcoming the pain. Art and music are spiritual for me and in those moments when I feel overwhelmed, I’m able to find understanding through my creation process and self expression. I’m hoping people are able to connect and find comfort in the sounds.”

Regarding her creative process, de la Rocha explains, “I meditate and say a prayer, give thanks to my ancestors, set my intentions, light a candle under my huge evil eye/mal de ojo which watches over me at the top of my studio, and let all art pour from me. I’ve worked on letting go of my paralyzing unreality based limit of perfection and am diving fully into the sounds and art that fill my heart. I am a vessel and the art is a release.”

“I feel alive on stage, like I am finally myself, in my fantasy dream world. I give 150% to my performance and my audience. They can be anywhere else in the world, yet they chose to be here, with me, and I am ever so grateful. Their love gives me the confidence to keep going.”

sorti à l’hiver 2022 et qui lançait la nouvelle ère de Billet d’Humeur, formé par les jumeaux Allan et Brice, créateurs originels du projet lancé en 2017, le groupe francilien revient avec ce nouveau clip « journal intime» réaliste et tout en mouvement, qui oppose népotisme et mérite, avec subtilité et détours. Billet d’Humeur y raconte son ambition et sa volonté d’accéder à une réussite musicale écrite mais non donnée, un destin tout tracé mais non hérité. Ici, c’est le soutien de la famille et des amis qui ouvrent des portes : celles de l’esprit, celles-là mêmes qui convainquent que tout est possible.

Billet d’Humeur montre son quotidien, rythmé par l’omniprésence de la musique et guidé par l’appel de l’inspiration qui survient à tout moment : au détour d’une tâche ménagère, lors d’une séance de travail ou de moments de détente entre potes. Une urgence de la création qui les pousse à écrire, composer, chanter, rapper, dehors, dedans, tout le temps. Une passion soutenue et encouragée par les amis, la deuxième famille qui les pousse à avancer. Une ascension dans la musique rendue possible non par favoritisme familiale mais par préférence, celle de la rue.

Soel est de retour avec son nouveau titre Chansonpolitain accompagné d’un clip qu’il a réalisé lui-même. Cet auteur compositeur se souvient du temps où il a joué dans le métro parisien. Avec Chansonpolitain, Soel se fait passager observateur et contemplatif et nous raconte la nostalgie, le temps qui passe, les questions sans réponses et toutes ces choses impalpables qui nous traversent, nous, si petits terriens.

Mes premiers mots ont été écrits à Paris. Cette ville m’a offert des moments d’inspiration et de doutes. J’ai chanté dans le métro pour sentir l’énergie de ce « Paris fou » et poétique. J’ai voulu lui rendre hommage en écrivant une chanson à partir des 30 stations de métro dans lesquelles je suis passé et repassé avec mon carnet de notes et mon Ukulélé

 » a expliqué Soel.

Artisan de la chanson, il poursuit avec la création du clip vidéo sa démarche home made en usant de peinture et de dessins qu’il découpe dans une intention de minimalisme et de créativité.

Pour Chansonpolitain, Soel a créé un titre avec son Ukulélé et son violoncelle, et un clip avec ses dix doigts. Ce titre annonce un prochain EP en préparation.

Soel est auteur-compositeur et interprète. Son projet voix + ukulélé, poétique et profond s’inscrit dans la nouvelle scène Chanson Française. Sa musique est influencée par les artistes français du passé et du présent, et colorée de quelques lueurs de jazz. Il s’inspire du travail d’Henri Salvador, Charles Trenet, Tété, Pauline Croze, encore Buenavista Social Club.

Valises à histoire, dans un décor fait de bric et de broc, il nous livre avec délicatesse ses carnets de voyage les plus secrets. D’un père pianiste de jazz et d’une mère chanteuse de musique du monde, il a grandi dans le Val-de-Marne, et a commencé à composer à l’adolescence. À 17 ans, après des études qui le destinait à devenir charpentier, il intègre une formation aux métiers des arts, et démarre ses premières scènes.

Il a été finaliste du concours Tremplin jeune talent NRJ Auteur-compositeur en 2009 avec Michael Jones, lauréat Grand Prix Père Lachaise Musical 2010 avec la Manufacture Chanson, ainsi qu’en arrangement musical, ce qui lui fera développer de nombreuses collaborations artistiques (Vincent Niclo, Anne Sila, Antoine Delie…).

Il est également le fondateur du groupe Andriamad avec qui il a fait la première partie de Suzane, Broken Back, Les Frangines, Deluxe, La Yegros. Il a co-écrit avec Broken Back ou encore Foé, participé aux emissions « La fête de la chanson Francaise » et « La fête des outre-mer sur France 2 », signé avec le Label Parlophone chez Warner France.

Peu à peu, il se démarque par ses textes singuliers et ses mélodies originales. Il décide dès lors de faire de la musique populaire et intemporelle, et embrasse aujourd’hui un retour à l’essentiel avec le projet Soel, dont le premier EP est prévu pour Avril 2023.

Un instrument et un poète. Sans fioritures ni superflu, Soel invoque la magie des ambiances à la Amélie Poulain ou à la Mary Poppins qui l’ont attiré plus jeune.

Deux ans après l’album Arbre de Vie, Louis Arlette revient avec un projet iconoclaste, le EP Sacrilèges, qui revisite et adapte quelques-uns des plus beaux poèmes de la langue française.

De Beaudelaire à Villon, de Ronsard à Musset en passant par Gérard de Nerval, Louis Arlette s’est épris de ces poèmes et leur a imaginé une musique qui risque de surprendre plus d’un amoureux de la langue française. Pas question d’un habillage mièvre et surrané, le musicien fait subir à ces poèmes un traitement de choc entre rock et électro. Jamais encore, les poèmes français n’auront semblé si vivant et modernes.  »

Je prends un poème que j’adore. Je le déshonore ! Un premier poème. Puis deux… Le plaisir est devenu ivresse. Plongée en apnée….

Premier extrait des Sacrilèges, Louis Arlette adapte A son âme de Pierre de Ronsard. Prince des poètes et poète des princes, Ronsard a composé son recueil Derniers Vers juste avant sa mort survenue en 1585. Jamais un poète n’aura autant magnifié l’amour. A son âme sonne comme une épitaphe, à la fois légère et déchirante.

Louis Arlette est de retour avec son EP Sacrilèges, qui adapte cinq des plus beaux poèmes de la langue française en ne s’interdisant aucune expérimentation. Sur ce disque, La Ballade des Pendus de François Villon, le spleen de Baudelaire, le romantisme de Gérard de Nerval, la mélancolie de Ronsard et la « Tristesse » de Musset se retrouvent transfigurés, rendus méconnaissables par le traitement musical que Louis Arlette leur a imaginé.

Sur cet EP enregistré et mixé dans son propre studio, Louis Arlette approfondit deux qualités que l’on retrouve sur chacun de ses trois albums : l’amour de la littérature française, et des goûts musicaux anglo-saxons qui l’emmènent vers David Bowie, The Cure, Joy Division ou Nine Inch Nails.

De l’envie irrésistible de composer et de la spontanéité qu’offrent parfois les réseaux sociaux est né ce concept « sacrilège. Je prends un poème que j’adore. Je le déshonore ! Plusieurs mois plus tard, passés seul dans mon studio, dans un curieux mélange de livres, de posts Instagram, d’instruments acoustiques et de synthétiseurs, Sacrilèges était né. Et je n’en ai pas terminé…

Sacrilèges, cet EP de Louis Arlette ? Son écoute nous fait découvrir la puissance des mots, et donne à penser que nos poètes étaient eux-mêmes des rockstars avant l’heure. Magnifiés par les instrumentaux pop, rock et électro confectionnés par Louis Arlette, les poèmes de Ronsard, Beaudelaire, Villon, Musset et Nerval retrouvent leur lustre et leur magie.

Dépourvu de section rythmique, ce nouveau 5 titres se veut à nouveau fragile, direct, glacial, indie folk et tente de livrer un contenu francophone concis et dépouillé.

« Coriace » est réalisé, enregistré, mixé & masterisé par Sylvain Carpentier ( l’ingénieur du son de Damien SAEZ).

Ce n’est pas totalement un inconnu. Depuis une vingtaine années, Benjamin (BEBLY) a assuré avec la vigueur du rock des années 90, les 1ères parties de Bashung, Cali, Deportivo, Luke, Eiffel…, publié quatre albums et autant d’EP avant d’être freiné par la pandémie. Mais c’est finalement, dans cette crise sanitaire, sociétale, culturelle qu’il va trouver un nouveau souffle ! Pour cela, BEBLY a dû changer de logiciel, couper l’électricité, car sans concerts, les guitares saturées et les beats puissants ne trouvaient plus leur place dans son imaginaire. Il va travailler une veine plus folk. A dénuder ainsi ses chansons, c’est comme si paradoxalement, elles gagnaient en force : acoustiques, elles semblent tenir à une corde et savent nous attraper puissamment.

Hailing from the barrier islands of South Carolina, Andrew Christopher Rutherford Royal has a deep connection with the land and embodies a non-traditionalist’s interpretation of the eastern South. He writes Southern Gothic cameos which he weaves into often dark, Indie Americana. After writing and curating the works for an album he records and mixes the music for Rutherford Royal (as well as other artists) in his remote cabin studio overlooking a hidden waterfall in southern Tennessee. Originaire de Saint Nazaire, Valentin a enfin concrétisé un rêve d’enfant : partager sa musique avec son public, cette même musique qui lui a donné tout son élan artistique. En attendant la suite de ses aventures, retrouvez le titre 80, déjà disponible sur toutes les plateformes !

Âgé de vingt-cinq ans, Valentin est un musicien nazairien dont les titres redonnent vie à la variété française des années 80. C’est à l’âge de 7 ans que le film Les Choristes lui vient comme une révélation. Il prend des cours de chant, arpente les concours et les plateaux télé en passant par l’école des stars à seulement 11 ans.

Inspiré par les grands noms de la variété française comme Bruel, Voulzy, Calogero, Goldman ou Balavoine, c’est à 15 ans qu’il se découvre un penchant pour l’écriture et la composition. Il sort un premier EP auto-produit à tout juste 17 ans, monte son premier groupe au lycée en sillonnant les scènes de Vendée et de Bretagne.

Après le bac, Valentin se forme en musiques actuelles à Nancy et se professionnalise en tant qu’artiste, peaufinant un style singulier, s’ancrant pleinement dans la variété française. Au culot, il envoie son EP à Daniel Guichard qui lui accordera la première partie de toute sa tournée des Zéniths de France. Après 120 dates sur 3 ans et la rencontre de Julien Doré et de Francis Cabrel aux Rencontres d’Astaffort, Valentin devient le maître de son jeu. On plonge tout droit dans les années 80 avec son nouveau clip.

« attention » dares to overstep boundaries and speaks the truth, providing the perfect soundtrack for when you need to walk like a boss or when you need to tap into a confidence you may or may not always carry.

Reya is a London based dark pop artist whose music speaks from the depths of her heart.

With Chilean heritage, Reya is originally from Norway but grew up in Spain, resulting in her rich, multicultural upbringing being a key ingredient to her unique style and sound. Her roots play a huge role in her story, with the artist having recently rebranded after previously creating music under a different name.

Reya’s journey to where she is today has been a rollercoaster. Over the last year, the singer, songwriter and producer found herself in the midst of studying final bachelor year in Music production, releasing 6 singles, played on Norwegian national radio and BBC introducing, several shows in London – with the highlight of supporting the Norwegian treasure DAGNY at her London show, and her following show in Norway. Only to have the music taken down, due to false accusations. As a result of all this, REYA without the AND returns.

Starting a new chapter under a new name, the artist is finally creating music that she has complete control over, with people that she loves. She explains, “My way of fighting back is fighting for myself. This new music is closer to what I would consider my roots, my influences and what I wish to speak out into the world. To me it represents power. The power to stand up for myself and what I feel is right. To stand against people, especially men, who choose to ruin careers whenever they feel threatened. ” The new sound is much more raw and real, expressing strength over oneself and being reminded of the fact that endings also simultaneously mean new beginnings.

The first single to be released is “attention” which narrates coming to terms with owning who you are and being unapologetically yourself. Identifying that sometimes who you are may make others uncomfortable, and that’s okay. Reya asks that instead of shrinking to fit in, stand out and do what you most desire. “attention” dares to overstep boundaries and speaks the truth, providing the perfect soundtrack for when you need to walk like a boss or when you need to tap into a confidence you may or may not always carry.

The fiery new single oozes sass and an edge, as she brings different sounds and cultures together to create something entirely her own. Reminiscent of Billie Eilish, Charlie Puth and Rosalia, “attention” sees the artist connecting with her heritage more than ever before. Starting 2023 off with a bang, this new chapter for Reya is certain to be an explosive one.
