video was nominated in the Best Director category at the 2020 KlipVid Awards. Currently, she’s polishing her debut album for the ultimate experience. Once it is released, she’ll be touring Europe and maybe even the US.

AISTÈ is a powerhouse artist-musician based in East London. Originally from the Baltics, she lived all over Europe before settling in the UK. After graduating from LSE, she began her life’s work in music. Her first-ever R&B-infused release,

‘Say When’,

appeared in 2019. Since then, every new release proves that she’s destined for greatness. Since the Summer of 2022, she’s been working on her debut album, which she managed to write, in its entirety, in a single day! She is influenced by Stax Records’ artists as well as Jimi Hendrix, Cleo Sol, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, and more.

mïus is an audio/visual project by Gergely Álmos based in Budapest. Defined as a multi-art project wherein the different fields of self-expression meet each other, he will be showcasing his audio-visual show titled

naked waves

on tour later this year at select venues in Prague, Rome, and more to be announced.

Gergely Álmos is an architect in civil life and also works in movies as a set designer, which describes why he always pays attention to every small detail from songs to videos as everything is part of his self-expression and a result of a mature conception. mïus’ upcoming single is reminiscent of Moderat, Apparat, and DjRUM.

Behind the name Amme stands Emma Nagy, an emerging singer from the contemporary jazz scene in Budapest. She is the leader and singer of the Budapest-based jazz band Nagy Emma Quintet and the electronic duo Passive Collider.

Los Angeles based rapper HoodTrophy Bino (Tadashi Sayres) creates empowering music about overcoming hardships and leveling up in life. Raised by a single mother in a house with fourteen brothers and sisters under one roof in Palmdale, California and later the crime ridden projects of South Central LA, HoodTrophy Bino (“Bino”) succumbed

to the

gang life that surrounded him. Finding an important outlet in music when violence surrounded him, Bino began rapping himself – first being exposed to freestyle through his older brother.

Due to gang involvement and a father serving a life-sentence in San Quentin, Bino began repeating a doomed path that found him circulating in and out of jail. During one of his short stints, he met Soulja Boy who was also serving time. The two developed a friendship after Bino wrote him a letter and gave him a bag of Hot Cheetos. Shortly after his release from jail, Big Draco reached out and signed Bino to his S.O.D.M.G. (Stacks on Deck Money Gang) label having been impressed by his determination and musical talent. Venturing into the studio soon after, they recorded their first song “Racing In Traffic” in 2021.

Bino’s music discusses his life and what he’s been through; from hard-hitting bangers like “Thuggin” to melodic, soulful ballads, like “Project Baby.” Bino’s single “Dripped in Designer” was released in 2021 featuring Soulja Boy Tell ‘Em. It’s a muted, melancholy rap saga celebrating luxurious dreams of distant islands and designer drip. “Most Wanted” is a potent powerhouse that shows off Bino’s quick-witted flow and upbeat tempo. The respect and love Bino has received from music has given him hope and encouraged him to show a better life to his young children.

Released earlier this year, “Project Baby” is HoodTrophy Bino’s raw, reflective look at his past growing up in the projects. It’s an empowered retelling of his own struggles meant to uplift people that have faced similar obstacles to Bino and show them there is hope for a better future.

Bino’s single, “Wake Em Up” features acclaimed female rapper K Shiday and delivers a powerful message about staying present in the moment and engaged in life. After experiencing the loss of his family members, Bino used this philosophy to help heal himself and hopes to encourage others to do the same. “What You Got On” exudes the extravagant, lush energy that is a part of Bino’s post-fame reality. By reducing his sentence from 13 years to a 7 year joint suspension for good behavior, HoodTrophy Bino is a standout example of someone who has overcome insurmountable obstacles, escaped gang life, and created a better future for himself and his family.

Today, he is an advocate for gang members who grow up in the hood and witness death every other day with seemingly no way out. Developing his own PTSD, anxiety, and depression, Bino knows many young people are overlooked without an outlet for therapy or a way

to express themselves.

Quelques mois après avoir sorti Demain J’arrête, Julo Bocher est de retour avec Popsychomane, un titre pop et décalé, bourré d’énergie et d’autodérision. Avec ce nouveau single, Julo Bocher a décidé de s’amuser et de nous faire rire. Il nous invite dans sa machine à remonter le temps jusqu’aux années 80’s pour une chorégraphie débridée.

Le clip, réalisé par Julien Rezette, nous plonge dans nos souvenirs 80’s. Entièrement réalisé en trucages, Popsychomane nous propose des décors virtuels et acidulés qui fleurent bon l’époque où il n’y avait que trois chaînes de télé. Les looks improbables nous font voyager vers l’âge d’or des émissions de variété tandis que les chorégraphies évoquent la gym très tonique de Véronique et Davina. Les effets spéciaux nous rappellent Platine 45, le Top 50 et les premiers vidéo clips. Popsychomane est un voyage electropop dans le temps qui se termine sous les spots de la piste de danse.

Julo Bocher est Popsychomane ! Il nous invite avec son nouveau clip pour une danse de nostalgie positive à laquelle il sera bien difficile de résister. Avec Popsychomane, Julo nous présente enfin la facette positive et festive de son univers. Une discopop moderne et impertinente aux sonorités électro subtilement rétro, qui nous fait bouger et nous fait sourire grâce une bonne dose de second degré. Julo devient Popsychomane, une sorte de popstar fantasmée addict à la musique et à la danse.

Julo Bocher n’est pas un petit nouveau sur les ondes. On l’entend souvent à la radio et à la télé (Voix masculine de Chérie FM, de C8), dans les pubs, les jingles, les doublages. Une voix «off» comme on dit , familière et chaleureuse, qu’on aime écouter.

Après avoir interprété les mots des autres pendant des années, Julo prend la parole et le micro et nous fait désormais partager sa propre vision. Fils indigne des années 80, tendance Rita Mitsouko, la musique de Julo évoque la pop de Julien Doré, ou Benjamin Biolay, et les facéties de Philippe Katerine. Sa voix singulière rappelle Etienne Daho côté pop, Daniel Darc côté rock. Parfois en douceur, souvent sans retenue, le projet French Pop de Julo distille sa pop’oésie sans filtre et sans règles, entre désillusions, optimisme et beaucoup d’autodérision.

Ecrit lors d’un voyage en Thaïlande en 2012, Alco vous plonge dans un état de rêve. Un rêve bercé par des harmonies à trois voix et un riff de ukulélé qui confèrent à la chanson une dimension tragique. La chanson a évolué au cours des 10 années qui se sont écoulées depuis, la guitare, décontractée, ayant trouvé sa pulsation avec des textures éclectiques et des sensibilités alternatives. Le refrain, en forme de goutte d’eau, invite à prendre la route lorsque Devon chante  »

Les trois multi-instrumentistes et chanteurs de Half Moon Run sont Devon Portielje, Conner Molander et Dylan Phillips. L’histoire originale du trio implique une annonce Craigslist en 2009 et un espace de pratique sale dans le quartier Mile End de Montréal, où ils ont passé leurs années formatrices à créer ceux qu’ils sont aujourd’hui, une entité à six bras, qui compose et interprète leurs chansons complexes et kaléidoscopiques, ainsi qu’à écrire leur album devenu platine, Dark Eyes (Indica, 2012). Leur deuxième effort, Sun Leads Me On, est sorti en 2015 avec Glassnote aux États-Unis et Communion au Royaume-Uni. Il a été suivi par A Blemish in the Great Light (2019), Seasons Of Change (2020) et Inwards and Onwards (2021), deux des six album sont lauréats du prix Juno pour l’album de musique adulte alternative de l’année.

L’approche d’écriture collective du groupe – avec leurs influences omnivores, leur formation classique et leurs triangulations sous-corticales – est cérébrale dans le même sens qu’un rêve est cérébral.

Amis d’histoires absurdes, poétiques et de cinéma Belge ou autres Quentin Dupieux et Gustave Kervern (pour ne citer qu’eux), ce clip est probablement fait pour vous !

En effet, quand deux personnages aux destins similaires dépriment et s’adonnent à la même activité qui consiste à s’évader sur une plage paradisiaque par le biais de lunettes à réalité augmentée, on se dit que l’histoire est un peu tirée par les cheveux.

Secouez le tout et habillez nos deux Quidam en slip léopard, chemise cachemire ouverte et Santiags aux pieds, et tout de suite on obtient les influences qui sont celles du Trottoir aujourd’hui. Un moment attachant autant que drôle dans lequel l’esthétique colle parfaitement à l’image du groupe.

It was a time when my mind, body and spirit had suffered, long and slow and I was looking for a place of peace where I could rest. Standing in the midst of the wreckage of that year, all I could see at the time was the damage, and so I wrote this song to remind myself of what still was; of the love that remained. It looked different now, but there was still so much there. » With « I’m Good » Miranda Joan reminds us to take pleasure in the small things in life.

Miranda Joan is a Brooklyn-based singer, songwriter, and musician. Born in Montréal, Miranda spent her formative years growing up on the north shore of Vancouver, filling diaries with emotions and experiences; creating a safe place to land for both her heart and her imagination that would go on to form the basis of her song writing. Her influences range from Bill Withers, Stevie Wonder, and Carole King to Anderson Paak., Little Dragon and Robyn, drawing on both the classic and the contemporary. Miranda’s personal experiences and the artistic and spiritual energies of the places she has called home flow through intricate song writing and playful production to form a unique blend of Soul-Pop.

With the fluidity of growing up along the Pacific Ocean in Vancouver and the joy-de-vivre and creativity that Montréal exudes radiating through her music, Miranda has always sustained strong roots in Canada. A shy child, her first experiences of music and performing came from high school drama and musical theatre. Leaning into Soul, R&B and Jazz sounds, she found a natural home for her voice. Miranda began to shape her sound using her lifetime of journals and influence from the singer-songwriters of all genres that had fed into her writing process throughout her life. She moved to New York to study Jazz and opened her inquisitive sound and creative style to a host of artists and producers in her musical surroundings, as well as the grittiness and intensity of the city.

Establishing herself in the Brooklyn Soul/Jazz community, Miranda is the co-host and co-founder of Brooklyn’s Femme Jam (NYC’s first all-female led jam session); a community initiative to create a womxn-led space with an emphasis on female musicians that fosters inclusivity. Arts mentorship has been an important through-line in Joan’s career and for the past eight years she has been a music mentor with the non-profit SAY: The Stuttering Association for the Young where she works with youth 8-18 who stutter.

She has performed on national tours, played sold-out and headline shows at well-known New York venues, provided backing vocals for the likes of Shawn Mendes, Lorde, and Andy Grammar, and joined Sly5thAve at Montréal Jazz Festival with the Orchestre National de Jazz de Montréal, in a tribute to Dr. Dre. In 2021 she was selected as one of First Up with RBCxMusic Emerging Artists as she released her debut album ‘Windborne’, the follow up to her 2019 EP “Still”.
