The lyrics are derived from a slew of personal highs and lows of finding oneself in a tumultuous world, constant reevaluating and rebirth of one’s identity, healing from the past extremes in order to stay true to the found definition of oneself. All in all, it inspires the listener to heal and rise up to the challenges that they face to find their own voice and identity.

« Radiate » touches upon the bittersweet topic that unconditional love can exist without draining oneself to save another. It’s a song that reminds the listener that the ebb and flow is as natural to life as a single pulsating heartbeat – as the heart beats, life must continue on.

Walking the fine line between method and melody, New York-based power trio Alpha Venturi have distilled a unique blend of hard rock and metal that conjures up elements of funk, dance, prog, and thrash. Their sound balances melodic and hook-filled choruses with charged-up grooves and technical instrumentation, with lyrics touching upon concepts observing the darkest and lightest parts of not just the world, but also the mind. This multi-genre brainchild band of vocalist and guitarist Sean Quinn Hanley and drummer Tyler Stackhouse was formed in the midst of the chaotic year that was 2020. However, cultivating and perfecting the songs that came to define the energy of the band truly helped bring an atmosphere of equilibrium to the surrounding chaos in their lives. Vanessa Philippe nous offre avec Sister (Mowlo Remix) un des titres phares de son dernier album Soudain Les Oiseaux, remixé par Théo Grasset.

Soudain Les Oiseaux, cinquième album de Vanessa Philippe, est un hommage à sa grande sœur disparue en août 2019. Auteure, compositrice et interprète, Vanessa écrit et compose pour la première fois la totalité des chansons. En contraste avec le sentiment de deuil, elle imagine des arrangements très pop, à tendance électro avec des instruments virtuels. Elle confie alors la réalisation à Pascal Parisot, en continuité avec l’album précédent, et le mixage à Angy Laperdrix (Mocke, Barbara Carlotti…).

Voici le clip de Sister (Mowlo Remix), aux arrangements qui évoquent ceux de Jacno et de Robert Palmer. On peut aussi voir ce titre comme du Lili Drop reformulé avec un esprit Lio. Le clip est une nouvelle fois réalisé par Vanesa Philippe en personne.

Narrating the naivety of continuing with a relationship that you know has an expiry date, despite seeing all the signs, the indie-soul song showcases vulnerable vocals and delicate harmonies.

Oslo based singer/songwriter Beharie (Christian Beharie) is a young, old soul with a distinctive expression that balances neatly between searching for an identity and independence. Rooted in an abundantly musical family, it’s no surprise he flourished into a musician himself. He spent his younger years consumed by music; learning new instruments, playing in school bands and singing in choirs alongside his four siblings, before eventually going on to study contemporary music at university and launching his solo career.

Penning solo tracks during his time studying, Beharie expressed, “The school felt like a safe space to experiment and just write a lot of music. And that journey took me towards the elements, influences and compositions you can find in my music today”. Drawing inspiration from artists like Frank Ocean, Moses Sumney, Fleet Foxes and Leon Bridges, Beharie pulls the strings between the rawness of soul and the melodic and experimental lines from pop, indie and the singer/songwriter genre.

The new single “Simple Mistake” narrates the naivety of continuing with a relationship that you know has an expiry date, despite seeing all the signs. Feeling captivated by a person you know is wrong for you, but for one reason or another, continuously being drawn back into the romance. His vulnerable vocals are immersed in delicate harmonies located deep within the indie-soul landscape, with a lull of calming percussion and soothing guitars drifting in the background.

Despite being early on in his solo career, his latest EP ‘Beharie // Beharie’ was already nominated for Spellemann (Norwegian Grammy awards), in the category R&B/Soul. Besides, having already supported Norwegian and international names like Bernhoft and Madison McFerrin, as well as receiving a nomination for the 2022 Swedish Gaffa Awards (International newcomer of the year) and securing a slot with William Fitzsimmons as a special guest on the American songwriter’s European tour, 2022 is looking to be an explosive year! Le dernier single de Nina Nesbitt « When You Lose Someone », en atteignant rapidement les 5 millions de streams, représente un énorme saut en avant pour la future icône de la pop. De plus, Nina Nesbitt se prépare à encore monter d’un cran avec la sortie de son troisième album qui approche à grands pas. Aussi immédiate que les titres qui ont propulsé son deuxième album « The Sun Will Come Up, The Seasons Will Change », la déchirante chanson sur le deuil prend aux tripes et donne de la force au côté addictif porté par l’artiste pop.

C’est quelque chose que Nina délivre de nouveau avec aplomb avec son nouveau single « Dinner Table », qui est accompagné d’une vidéo. Sa voix envoûtante mène une production à la fois sophistiquée, discrète et grandissante de splendeur alors qu’elle se penche sur la vie des femmes de sa famille.

Comparant son monde aux expériences de sa mère et grand-mère, Nina Nesbitt remarque les grosses différences (langues différentes, adorant Elvis dans les années 50 ou Bowie dans les années 80, une vie documentée en photographies en noir et blanc). Mais dès qu’on gratte un peu cette surface, leurs similitudes sont bien plus fascinantes. Elle chante: « Some things have changed but we got the same old heartbreak… I find it funny ‘cause somehow I still relate.” Ces expériences ont lié une famille à travers les générations, et beaucoup peuvent se retrouver en cela.

Nina dit : « J’ai écrit « Dinner Table » à propos de trois générations de femmes dans ma famille. Cela raconte l’histoire des parallèles et des différences dans nos vies, d’avoir grandi dans des décennies différentes, mais la magie de se réunir autour d’une table et de parler pendant des heures reste inchangée. »

Nina a écrit “Dinner Table” avec le producteur Ollie Green (Tom Grennan, Ella Henderson), et le titre a été mixé par Manon Grandjean (Dave, Stefflon Don). La pochette du single souligne ces histoires en montrant Nina à côté de sa mère et sa grand-mère lorsqu’elles avaient elles aussi la vingtaine.

» suit Nina alors qu’elle retourne en Suède pour se reconnecter avec ses racines. Sa grand-mère vit encore là-bas, dans la petite ville de Märsta, au nord de Stockholm. Utilisant des images, éditées par Nina, personnelles et filmées elle-même, le clip montre trois générations apprécier le temps passé ensemble à partager leurs souvenirs. Elle montre aussi des vieilles photos de famille, ce qui révèle à quel point, dans leurs jeunes années, les membres de sa famille ressemblent à Nina.

“Au féminin” est le nouveau single de T-Stone. Une chanson qu’il avait écrite il y a quelques années et qu’il dévoile aujourd’hui.

De l’écriture de cette chanson est sortie une phrase devenue le cœur du morceau : « lésé mwen diw ki jan ou ka plè mwen, lésé mwen diw kè ou sé mwen, au féminin ».

A travers ce nouveau son entraînant et jovial où tout est dans le titre, T-Stone nous parle d’un amour vrai, pur et sincère.

A-t-il trouvé enfin l’amour de sa vie ? La réponse dans son magnifique clip tourné dans sa Guadeloupe de coeur !

Né en Guadeloupe, T-Stone de son vrai nom Stephan Phobere est un chanteur et auteur-compositeur-interprète français de musique urbaine.

T-Stone débute dans le milieu underground en 2013 en publiant son premier titre démo sur YouTube. En 2014, il signe son premier contrat chez Sérénités Events. Label qui met en lumière déjà des talents tel que Antonny Drew ou Lycinaïs Jean. Un an plus tard, T-Stone signe avec la boite de production PlayStudio, suite à sa rencontre avec les frères Sébastien et Meddy Anzala. Ils produiront la plupart de ses premiers titres (Ce Soir, Pé Pa Manti, Yonn San Lôt…).

En 2018, il accroit sa popularité auprès du grand public avec son titre « OLALA ».

Sorti en novembre 2018, la chanson cumule à ce jour plus de trois millions de vues sur YouTube. C’est un tube, avec une diffusion en radios locales et nationales comme Trace FM, NRJ, Fun Radio. Grâce à ses succès, l’artiste est convoité par plusieurs maisons de disque.

En 2019, il signe un contrat chez Chabine Prod, célèbre label caribéen qui a lancé plusieurs artistes connus : Kalash, Were Vana, Jean-Marie Ragald…

Il commercialise ainsi « Olala » en Janvier et « Fou De Vou » en Mai 2019. En 2019, il annonce sa signature au sein du label national AllPoints France, filiale du groupe Believe. L’ascension continue. Dans ce cadre, il sort un titre avec le chanteur au single disque de diamant : Keblack.

En 2020, T-Stone est très actif avec la sortie de 3 singles: »Loco » en février devient rapidement un hit viral. La chanson »Remonter le temps », écrit lors du confinement trouve son public sur les réseaux sociaux. S’ensuit « Million », nouveau single national de T-Stone, « Loco » et c’est « Fwisoné » en duo avec la rappeuse Larose qui devient le hit de l’année 2021! 2022 il revient avec « Au féminin », à sortir le 15 avril 2022…

Pop punk singer-songwriter and actress, Maddie Glass is an unapologetic new artist on the rise.
