Bigre ! & Cynthia Abraham

Nouveau titre « Tchourou »

Le big band Bigre!

se réinvente avec une nouvelle pépite :

« Tchourou »

.

Ulrich Forman présente son nouveau clip « At last »

Ulrich Forman

Nouveau clip « At last »

harry and the chicks shares her new single snakes in the streets

Harry and The Chicks shares her new single « Snakes in the Streets »

Harry and The Chicks

New single « Snakes in the Streets »

Spotify

The bold and powerful “Snakes in The Streets” is about putting trust in people too soon and touches on the epidemic of street harassment.

East London based pop artist Harry and The Chicks creates music which reflects the vibrancy and history of her city. Building her own unique world, she combines her ‘poptimistic’ music with her own internationally selling fashion merchandise store. With creativity running through her veins, Harry’s colourful sound and style leaves an unforgettable imprint in your mind.

Her shiny new single “Snakes in The Streets” is bold and powerful. A collaboration with producer Imad Salhi, the song features hard-hitting, synth-fuelled melodies with crystal clear vocals, resulting in a danceworthy track reminiscent of Kim Petras and Griff. Always the optimist, the song is very upbeat in contrast to its lyrical content. Written during a time where Harry was struggling with anxiety and sleep paralysis, she finally felt able to write honestly and openly about her emotions, relatably singing, “I’m anxious, I feel depressed, I’m embarrassed to get this off my chest”.

The songwriter shares, “The song is about putting trust in people too soon. I can be so open with people that I leave myself vulnerable to others, and I’ve had this trait since I was a teenager. When you’re a teenager, it can feel like you have an audience around you that are eagerly awaiting your downfall at all times. I felt eyes on me, and my friends thought I was paranoid. At the same time though, I’d been added to harassing group chats made by some of my peers, and I’d even have people following me home.”

The creepy, yet disturbingly realistic video shows the artist with her friends being followed and harassed by people on the streets. Harry reveals, “I was followed and catcalled fourteen times on my walk from the studio to my home. Strangers were wolf whistling and cornering me from their bikes, vans and even from their flats. It’s a scary experience being a young woman walking the streets of London alone, but positively, this experience gave me the narrative for the music video and a chance to highlight the major issue London has with street harassment from my lived experience.”

With a following of over 25K fans across platforms, Harry and The Chicks has tastemaker support from BBC Essex and BBC Introducing; she recently played on Minga London’s IGTV stage and was awarded as the Undiscovered Essex Live Music Project Best Solo Act in 2018. Harry is currently working with the app ‘SafeUp’ to raise awareness of street harassment. The app helps women stay safe on the streets by having an online community of women that can be alerted when you are in an uncomfortable situation.

ceara cavalieri shares her new single radio silence

Ceara Cavalieri shares her new single « Radio Silence »

Ceara Cavalieri

New single « Radio Silence »

Stream / Download

Entitled « Radio Silence », Ceara confides “I wrote this song about a guy that I had been dating for about 8 months who randomly ghosted me without saying anything. It is such a weird feeling when you are used to talking to someone everyday and then out of nowhere it’s just complete “radio silence” on their end. I know that most people have experienced something like this and it can really make you feel down on yourself especially without getting that closure. If you’re going through something like this or have experienced something similar then this is definitely a song that you can scream in your car.”

Ceara Cavalieri is a 26 year old singer/songwriter from Southern California. Having graduated from UCLA with a degree in Psychology, Cavalieri has since dedicated herself to pursuing music full time. Her love for music stems from the age of three, where she found her voice and wouldn’t stop singing. In her teenage years she took to songwriting as a way of expressing her thoughts and feelings when her shyness prevented. With 6 single releases under her belt thus far, Cavalieri is carving out her own distinct sound of incredibly infectious and candidly relatable pop rock music. Her latest single, “Damn” was placed on Spotify’s “Teen Beats” playlist and “Fresh Finds” playlist. Ceara also recently collaborated with DJ/Producer EQRIC on two dance singles which were placed on Spotify’s “Dance Brandneu” playlist.

New single “JUICEBOX”

“JUICEBOX” fights the inner conflict of good and bad, exploring the struggle to not make the wrong choices when enticing opportunities arise.

Scandinavian based band JANOS is a colourful, genre-bending group made up of Janos Andersson, Aksel Krystad, Håvard Haugland and Kristoffer Sakseide. Pulling elements from an amalgamation of contrasting genres, the band fuses a nostalgic, melancholic vibe with energetic grooves, resulting in feel-good dancey tunes.

Moving to London in 2015, Swedish vocalist and songwriter Andersson set out as a solo artist, gaining experience and exposure playing regular gigs around the city, however relocated to Oslo in 2018. Amping up his musical pursuit, he connected with songwriter and guitarist Haugland and bassist Sakseide over social media, then fellow songwriter, keyboard player and producer, Krystad through playing shows. It was when the pandemic struck, that momentum ramped up with Andersson and Krystad penning songs and recording demos, eventually leading to the musicians forming a band under the name JANOS.

Their new single “JUICEBOX” is the second song from their upcoming EP, which is set to drop in Spring 2022. Fighting the inner conflict of good and bad, the track explores the struggle to not make the wrong choices when enticing opportunities arise. With clear influences from Glass Animals trickling through, “JUICEBOX” is a bouncy full-flavoured pop track with eerie guitars, woozy electronic bass and keys, and a tastefully ear-worming melody.

Recently playing sold out gigs at Salt in Oslo, as well as their track « Sicky/Sticky » being featured on Greta Thunberg`s travels with La Vagabonde, the group are seeing a stack of successes forming swiftly. Having written and produced a large catalogue of new music over the last year, there is a lot to listen out for from JANOS in 2022!

KOVACS présente son nouveau clip « Not Scared Of Giants »

KOVACS

NOUVEAU CLIP

* NOT SCARED OF GIANTS *

Artiste protéiforme,

KOVACS

Not Scared Of Giants,

Mon nouveau single ‘

Not Scared of Giants’

My Love’

. Le succès a suivi avec les singles «

My Love

» et «

Diggin

» ainsi qu’avec son premier album «

Shades Of Black

loud forest shares their new single i don t want to go home

Loud Forest shares their new single « I Don’t Want To Go Home »

Loud Forest

New single « I Don’t Want To Go Home »

Spotify

Entitled « I Don’t Want To Go Home », the single is an anthem for those of us who didn’t always feel like we belonged.

The song is a confrontation of two emotions; one can be heard in the verses – it’s anger, anger for feeling trapped, controlled and hurt. The other emotion is a sparkling exuberance that can be heard on the choruses. There is a release and excitement that comes in finding your youthful identity with friends and freedom.

The band Loud Forest is based in Los Angeles, CA where Bernard and Rachel Chadwick, a married couple, collaborate out of their experimental project space in Pasadena. Merging elements of alternative rock, Americana, and pop as well as post-punk into their moody, crafted indie rock, their earliest albums won a dedicated fan base and radio attention.

An album-oriented band, Loud Forest is doused in indie credibility from years of self-releases, homemade microphones and hosting rock shows in their studio. With influences ranging from Wilco to the Staples Singers, from Bob Dylan to Trey Sivan, from Spoon to Anderson .paak – the band distinguishes themselves with an acute attention to hooky melodies and intentional lyricism that plays with themes of love, fidelity and family. Drawing inspiration from their two daughters, Bernard and Rachel started the band to end all other bands they were in; a merging of creative forces and a project surrounded by their LA community.

Their 4th and forthcoming album, “Family Tree,” returns to their DIY approach; a beautiful lockdown creation of sparkly jams and alternative rock anthems that tell stories of their childhood through raw and angular expressions. Coming May, 2022.

“dj poolboi contacted me with an instrumental he wanted me to sing on and I really connected with the music and atmosphere of it all. I usually write in first person but I tried instead to write from the perspective of someone who was struggling with their idea of love and the evolution/disintegration of their feelings towards family, friends and loved ones, some lost to time and others about to be. I’m extremely happy with how it came together and was honoured to be a part of it.”

Joey Harkum

New single « Sick and Tired »

« Sick and Tired is a song about being engulfed in drug culture and coming to the realization that you no longer can/want to continue being a part of the lifestyle. Ultimately pursuing music led me to focus on something positive rather than falling victim to drug addiction like a lot of my close friends and family at the time. »

For his entire life JoeyHarkum has been strumming a guitar and after a decade of touring as the lead singer and songwriter of Baltimore-based band Pasadena, he released his debut solo album,
