Sid Seth is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who forms a blissful blend of soul and pop into his truly unique repertoire. Originally from India, he moved to New York five years ago to study at the Manhattan School of Music, and has been pursuing music in the city ever since.

Working alongside producer Kris Crawford (Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes, Josh Groban), and Grammy winning mastering engineer Alex Psaroudakis, his next single “Caffeine High” came to life. Exploring the vibrance of the city that never sleeps, Sid’s latest tune came to fruition with spontaneity and excitement at its core. He explains, “This was written in New York. Of course, it changes everything! This song is a happy vibe however the pre-story may not necessarily be. NY is quite challenging at times and the most bustling city in the world can be quite secluded and lonely sometimes. I call it the heart-attack life. The lows are crazy and so are the highs.”

Growing up, his mom introduced him to The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Boney M and Abba, while Sid’s dad introduced him to the rhythm and melodies of Bollywood, Hindustani Folk Music and Indian Classical music. Paired with the soul-inspired tones of Michael Jackson and Ella Fitzgerald, Sid’s enriching sound can be attributed to his vast musical influences. Taking a more light-hearted approach to its predecessors, “Caffeine High” packs the perfect punch. Ear worm hooks and funky melodies make you want to dance, whilst his lyricism provokes thought and hope. He continues, “The word high was probably in the back of my head. And, I wasn’t really a big coffee drinker – at least not a New York coffee person (in terms of the quantity). For some reason, I started having 3-4 cups of coffee. I guess all of that triggered it and I wrote Caffeine High. I was laughing when I came up with that song title. It made me smile, which was exactly the vibe I wanted for the song, so I stuck with it.”

Narrating chronicles from fun nights in the city, unexpected encounters, and the vibrancy of having fun, this funky, dance-inspired ode to New York overflows with euphoria. It’s Sid’s hope that listeners will feel the passion too. The tremendous energy he possesses makes him a trailblazer of this time, with resonance and humbling authenticity shining through every second of this next offering.

Sid has performed in various venues in New York City, such as the Rockwood Music Hall, the Bowery Electric, Feinstein’s 54 Below, and the Green Room, as well as multiple cities in India. Sid has gained humbling acclaim from the likes of Earmilk, Variance, Atwood and Opera News, amongst many others. The single uses reflective lyricism about the past rappers’ experiences absorbed by gang life to contrast the full-circle success found through focus and music. The music video is chalk full of gold bars, excessive bands of cash, designer streetwear, and luxury jewelry as the four rappers celebrate over the flashing lights of their personal police car. Star2 is a driving force behind the abstract flow as he connects each rapper’s story with an ominous, intimidating hook. “Up” represents the struggles that everyone has overcome through sharp sonics and a diverse team of impactful voices.

The song and music video were finished in half a day – Mozzy began a one-year and one-day federal gun charge sentence at Atwater Federal Penitentiary in Merced, California a few days after the shoot. “Free Mozzy!!” Bino, Star2, and $tupid Young shout in unison when asked about the song – supporting their friend and compadre.

Like HoodTrophy Bino, Star2 is a collaborator of Soulja Boy’s. On his latest single “New Me”, Star2 brought together Luh Kel and Soulja Boy for an explosive rap performance. Star2 celebrates his journey through music as he began his life in a Thai refugee camp and gained passage to San Diego through a lottery.

Star2 is an Asian American singer, songwriter, and rapper from San Diego, California who stunningly fuses pop, R&B, and hip-hop for a captivating collision of sound. A true survivor, Star2 was born into a refugee camp in Thailand. His people, the Ka-ren from Burma, have suffered genocide by the Burmese military and Myanmar government.

With no father or mother, his grandmother was chosen in a lottery at the camp to migrate to the U.S. and took six-year-old Star2 along with her four other children to begin a new life. Even in the U.S. he faced adversity, growing up in poverty surrounded by gang violence. Those extreme hardships though, only pushed him further into greatness as he found comfort within music.

BT2033, le nouvel album de BT93 s’enracine résolument dans le futur. C’est la prêtresse Sainte Victoire qui réalise l’album et se charge, en collaboration avec BT93, des chœurs, des synthés et des arrangements. Si BT93 parle plus qu’il ne chante, c’est qu’il a beaucoup à dire. Après avoir brocardé le capitalisme et le monde de l’entreprise dans son premier album éponyme – réédition de 1993 avec la complicité de Frédéric Lo -, le voici qui décrypte le milieu du cinéma.

« Les Altruistes » titre vintage aux sonorités sombres, mélancolise un milieu dont la moralité et le conformisme écrasent trop souvent l’expression artistique. Il devient franchement insolent avec “CNC”, osant regretter qu’un cinéaste « tartine des tonnes de papiers » pour avoir le simple droit de créer. Il faut dire que BT93, Bernard Tanguy, a d’abord officié 10 ans dans le cinéma après avoir quitté le monde de l’entreprise. Réalisateur primé pour ses courts (Grand Prix Unifrance pour l’un, nommé aux César pour l’autre…), il sort son premier long métrage « Parenthèse » en 2016, une comédie subtile sur la crise de la cinquantaine dont la musique est signée… Stupeflip, avec entre autres talents Sophie Verbeeck, la comédienne et chanteuse de son autre projet musical, Hum Hum. On reste en famille.

Le cinéma est un acteur omniprésent de l’album 2033. L’hommage à François Truffaut, mort à 52 ans, “François I miss You” sur un piano romantique joué par Patrick Goraguer, le fils d’Alain, s’envole comme pour une chanson d’amour à un artiste qui avait, nous rappelle-t-il, pour principe moral de « se protéger de la morale des autres ». Des chansons d’amour, il y en a d’ailleurs plusieurs sur ce disque, comme l’entêtant « Tu m’as aimé » chanté en duo avec Sainte Victoire, creusant le sillon du BT93 lover entrevu sur l’album précédent.

1993, 2022, 2033… le temps boucle, BT93 revient et il est toujours le même, légèrement persiffleur, mélancolique et romantique, et ses obsessions s’affichent sur un écran géant, celui de nos propres images.

on San Antonio/PDX label Dirt Cult Records. The band’s self-titled debut album was a concise and raging lesson in relentless punk ‘n’ roll, with tips of the hat to bands like Motörhead, and Hot Snakes.

marks a new era for the band. Heavier and more expansive, the album ventures into the realm of metalic hardcore with fiercesome riffing and dynamic tempo changes. The melodic intensity of their first release remains, resulting in an album that calls to mind influences like Tragedy, Laughing Hyenas, Jesus lizard, Neurosis and Born Against.

The band’s one sheet succinctly captures the feel of the album in a way only the composers’ could capture. “When you decide it’s finally time to strip naked, scarf a fistful of peyote buttons, and drive an ’82 Cadillac Cutlass deep into the desert in the middle of a lightning storm, BOTHERS second LP should probably be blaring on your tape deck while you daydream about communing with the coyotes or some shit. Los Angeles indie-pop vocalist KiKi Holli creates stunning and soulful music woven with intricate emotive storytelling for a truly captivating and cathartic listening experience with an eclectic musical aesthetic. Holli draws on inspiration from her rich theatrical background, as well as from iconic artists such as PRINCE, Dusty Springfield, The Cure, Stevie Nicks and Siouxsie and the Banshees.

Crafting a unique sound, KiKi Holli’s music is beautifully vulnerable and nurturing, with themes of connection, healing, personal growth, and living in the moment. If her delivery seems genuine—empathetic even—that’s because it is. She’s been there.

“You know, Amor fati — love your fate, love whatever is in front of you and embrace the moment,” she says.

Holli’s debut single was a breathtaking cover of Roxy Music’s “More Than This”, a raw and intimate version of the celebrated 80’s hit. Collaborating with acclaimed producer Ethan Allen (Throwing Muses, Tricky, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club), she was inspired to release her own version of the song in the midst of dealing with intense grief and loss.

Her first original song, “NEW HIGH” is a celebration of simple pleasures, finding solace in your happy place and a returning to love after a time of hardship. With soaring vocals singing sunshine-dipped melodies over lush and blissful pop rock soundscapes, “NEW HIGH” is a welcome sonic escape, collaborating again with Allen to create a landscape of music that pulls the listener into the neon glow of a surreal joy ride down the coast of Malibu.

“The music was inspired by long trips down the coast from Highway 10 to the PCH, a trip I take often with my husband. It helps me find my center again to see and sit by the ocean. It’s my happy place. I think that ‘NEW HIGH’ is a good song for all of us, transitioning out of our houses and from looking at each other through screens. That separation really does a number on your brain. ‘NEW HIGH’ is saying that we’re going to be all right, we’re making it through and coming out stronger,”

she explains.

In “Play To Lose”, KiKi examines leaving a toxic relationship and finding your voice and confidence in the end. With layered vocals full of confidence and depth, and acoustic guitars dripping with nostalgia, “Play To Lose” is a radiating groove-infused roots pop single. “Play To Lose” reminds the listener to know your own worth and find your power even in the most hopeless of situations.

Her single « Sun Playing Tricks On Me » is a sultry fever dream in a mirage of lost love. « Sun Playing Tricks », produced and mixed by Grammy nominated Ethan Allen, is an exciting alt-pop song with a soulful vibe. Recorded at Royal Triton Studios in Silverlake, CA. Mastered by Grammy winner, David Collins. The song is layered with warm sun- dripped vocals full of depth.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Holli was drawn to the arts from an early age, with her passions gravitating towards music and theater. Subsequently, she found solace in these disciplines and later earned her BFA in voice and theater for further exploring her unique talents. In addition to being a trained vocalist, Holli also grew up playing the guitar, saxophone and viola. Theatrically she has appeared on stage in the plays Of Mice and Men, Three Sisters and Twelfth Night, and also played the lead role in the Rocky Horror-channeling indie film Isle of Lesbos, celebrated by Swampflix as “a politically angry, deliberately offensive, post-John Waters, queer-as-f*ck movie musical with deep roots in drag & cabaret traditions.”

Most notably, Holli co-wrote and starred in Forever Dusty, a stage musical based on the life of British pop star Dusty Springfield. The production opened off-Broadway in 2012 at New World Stages in New York, garnering coverage from The Village Voice, Reuters, The New York Times and Out Magazine. From there, the play went on to run in Los Angeles and London, as well as other cities in the U.S. and U.K.

», Thérèse nous invite à ralentir avec elle et nous blottir dans son dernier single intime et intimiste «

Mala Diva

». Une ballade enveloppante, installée sur un beat pop/R&B mélancolique épuré et de subtiles envolées orientales lumineuses (Kengo Saito au sitar). Un titre co-composé et produit par Adam Carpels, co-realisé et mixé par Alexandre Zuliani et masterisé par Benjamin Joubert.

Ce morceau traite avec pudeur et lucidité du thème tabou de la maladie , sa maladie, longtemps gardée secrète – qu’elle a personnifiée en créant cette « Mala Diva » (« Mauvaise Diva »). Une façon de l’humaniser autant que de la mettre à distance, soulignant la complexe relation d’un individu à sa maladie. Choc, curiosité, peur, colère, effondrement, déni, apprivoisement, acceptation, et même, appréciation – signe et forme indéniable de guérison.

Par cette chanson très personnelle, Thérèse témoigne de son apprentissage universel. Elle sublime sa maladie pour en faire un message d’espoir, rappelant que c’est derrière nos plus grandes vulnérabilités que résident souvent nos plus belles ressources.

Loin du pathos, « Mala Diva » rappelle l’urgente nécessité de conscientiser le moment présent et de le remettre au cœur de nos choix de vie. Une invitation à se (re)centrer sur soi, à prendre le temps, du recul et pourquoi pas, un peu de hauteur dans cette période tourmentée.

Une narration lente et dépouillée pour mieux laisser place à l’émotion et au propos. Tourné de nuit, à huis clos, dans son 35m2, ce film nous plonge dans l’intimité de l’artiste, révélant une autre facette de
